This post is very long, but it generally talks about how the LIVE has ended.
How she and everyone thank everyone for coming all the fans, friends and staff.
The staff who were mentioned in the first post in RH were all thanked individually so she thanks them all very much.
Her mother had come to watch the last LIVE in Sapporo, she even had the dvd for it xD.

SO yeah this is just a general thank you to everyone.
